Challenges

The box should not have a zipper closure and should be easy to open quickly. The interior of the box needs to have an accordion structure.

Solutions

• Traditional closure methods without a zipper prefer using an outer strap with Velcro, which may not allow the two covers to close tightly, resulting in misalignment and obvious gaps.
• We choose to add a plastic frame around the inner edge of the bottom shell, allowing the top and bottom shells to fit together perfectly.
