• Unlike regular zipper that sewn onto the outside edge, this zipper should be sewn inside the case. This demands good craftsmanship from the workers. Besides, the finish better comes without edge binding.

Solutions

• This case consists of an outer shell and thermoformed ZM tray. We have chosen to clamp the zipper between the outer shell and tray, allowing the zipper band to be decorated nicely. Then, we use leathercraft edge enamel for case finish.
