We’ve got some seriously cool tricks up our sleeves when it comes to environmental responsibility. Our factory is equipped with high-tech purifiers that work their magic to minimize water consumption and those pesky industrial waste gases. But wait, there’s more! We’ve got a dedicated team of waste warriors who swoop in to collect and repurpose any materials that can be given a second life. Recycling is our middle name!
We’re proud to say that we’re one of the few ZM case manufacturers in China who have scored an environmental assessment. It’s not just a certificate on the wall – it’s a symbol of our unwavering commitment to sustainability. We’re constantly raising the bar, finding new ways to protect Mother Earth and make a positive impact.
In our custom ZM case factory, we adhere to a rigorous and elaborate nine-stage production procedure for crafting your items. From the careful selection of materials to the thorough examination of the packaging, each stage is well taken care of by specific workers. Our commitment to excellence shows in every product we produce.
Before manufacturing, we will source qualified materials from trustworthy factories. These raw materials can include ZM foam sheets, fabrics, zippers, and other hardware items.
In this step, our workers will laminate together ZM sheet with exterior material and interior material using eco-friendly adhesive.
The laminated material is then cut into the required size and shape using a cutting machine. Precise and accurate cutting makes the pieces assembling process more easily.
The cut pieces will be pre-heated so that they are pliable and easy to mold.
Then, with the mold having been carefully designed to the demanded shape and size, an automotive molding machine will create the precise shape.
After molding, excess material is trimmed off using a die-cut machine. In that way, the ZM shell looks clean and tidy.
Then, our craftsmen will carefully stitch the different pieces together using a sewing machine. This step ensures that the case is strong and durable.
All of the products that come out of our hands have gone under 100% inspection. Any defects are identified and corrected at this stage.
Once the inspection is complete, you can happily wait for your ZM cases that are carefully packaged.
